THIS DEED MADE AND ENTERED INTO this 23 day of June,
1972, between TI~ FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF MIAMI, the duly constituted
and appointed Anci].lary Administrator C.T.A. of the Estate of
ROGER M. KYES, Deceased, late of the County of Oakland and State
of Michigan, as party of the first part, and IOWA LAND AND GENERAL -
DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, INC., a Minnesota Corporation, of the County
of Palm Beach and State~ £ Florida, as party of the second part; o~ ~C AT.~,

WITNESSETH: That on June 14, 1972, upon the Petition of
the party of the first part, the Honorable JAMES E. ALDETtMAN,
County Judge, granted to party of the first part 2eave to sell °
certain real property of the said ROGER M. KYES, Deceased, to the
party of the second part in accordance with the terms of a certain
Deposit Receipt Agreement executed between the parties hereto.
Now, therefore, in consideration of.the foregoing and in further
consideration of the payment of purchase moneys as specified in
the aforesaid Deposit Receipt Agreement, paid at and before the =
sealing and delivery of this Deed, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, the party of the first part has sold and conveyed,
and does hereby sell and convey unto the said IOWA LAND AND
GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, INC., its successors and assigns
the following described property: ~
PARCEL I: The South 234.33 feet of the North 1,921.53 feet
of Section 34, Township 36 South, Range 41 East, and that
part of Section 35, Township 36 South, Range 41 East, lying
between the easterly extensions of the North and South
boundaries of the above described tract; being a tract of
land extending from the Atlantic Ocean to the Indian River,
and having a measurement of 250 feet along the Atlantic
Q Ocean and along State Road A-1-A.
