Northwesterly parallel with the F.E.C. Rail-

thence run Southeasterly parallel with the
F.E.C. Railway 213.52 feet to the point of

III.
~ The provisions of this Final Judgment shall.be binding
upon the Defendant, Leslie Rayen, personally, the Defendant,
Rayen's Tiburon Fisheries, Inc., a corporation organized and
existing under the laws of the State of Florida, its directors,
officers, agents, servants, employees, grantees, successors and
assigns, and all persons, firms, and corporations acting under,
through, or for it, and all persons, firms and corpo=ations
~ in active concert or privity with it, providing that they ~
have actual or constructive notice of the Final Judgment
by personal service or otherwise.
