at the time of the execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, dces remise, ~elase, quit-
claim, exonerate and discharge from ihe lie~ and operation of said mortgage unto the said
Robert F. Barly and Iaogene Britt Bar2y, his wife,
their heirs and assigns, all that piece, parcel or tract of (and, being a part of the premises conveyed by said
mortgage, to-wit: ~

according to the Declaration of Condominiua recorded in O. R. Book
198, at page 2833, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, as the same is amended in O. R. Book 199, at page 850, of
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, 1'OG~THBR WITii all
of its appurtenances according to said Declaration. _
TO HAVE AND 70 HOLD the same, with appurtenances, unto the said
Robert F. Ba,rly and Imogene Britt Early, his wife,
and assigns forever, freed, exonerated and discharged of and from the lien of said mortgage, and every part
thereof; Provided, always, nevertheless, that nothing therein contained sf~alt in anywise impair, alter or
dimin~sh the effectf lien or incumbrance of the aforesaid Mortgage on the remaining part of said mortgaged
