BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
Osvaldo M. Leon, and upon being duly cautioned and under oath did depose
and say: •
1. That he the same individual as Osvaldo Leon De La Barra who,
accompanied by his wife, Helen Leon.De La Barra, took title to subject
property from Lloyd Taylor and Clotilde F. Taylor, his wife, by Warranty
Deed dated 1 October 1969 and recorded in OR Book 180 page 968 of the
Public Records of St. •Lucie County, Florida. ~

2. That affiant's name was changed from Osvaldo Leon De La Barra
by decree of Court as part of his naturalization proceedings #928??23 of
March 26, 1971.

~ 3. Affiant further states that he and his wife are the same individuals

` named in the First Federal Savings & Loan mortgage encumbering the above-
~ referenced property and recorded in OR Book 203, page 298•of the public records
