WHEREAS, the Church covenants by tre pledge of the first revenues
' of the said Church to authorize and inatruct the Chruch Treasurer to place
on deposit in the CITI2ENS ~ SOUTHERN BANK , East Point, Georgia, .

~ sums of money for credit to the Church's Sinking Fund to be used to amortize
the aforementioned bonds issued as "Series of March l, 1972". A copy of the

~ schedule of deposits to be made into said Sinking Fund Account~is attached ~

hereto as EXHIBIT "B" ~

CONVEYING CLAUSE

NOW, THEREFORE, this indenture witnesseth that the Church in j
~ consideration of Five Dollars ($5,00) to it in hand paid by the Trustee, ;
~
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged! and in order to secure the

, payment of the principal and interest of the bonds aforesaid, does hereby ;
grant, bargain, sell, convey, assign, transfer and set over unto the Trustee, ;
~
and his successor, legal representatives or assigns forever, all and singular, `
the following tract of ~and in St. Lucie county, to-wit:

~ PARCEL 1: The SE~of thel~E~of thel~ Sectivn 33, Township 35 South, Range ~
: 40 East less the North 175 teet of the East 330 feet thereof and also ~
EXCEPTING all rights of way for public roads and drainage canalR, St. Lucie !

PARCEL 2: All of Lots S 6 6 and that part of Lot 4 lying South of the '
Easterly extension of the North line of Lot 6, block H, MARAVILLA ESTATES,
as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 8, page 77 of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.

Last mentioned tract is presently being used by the Church and
j • upon construction on the other tract sufficient to house the physical
~ properties of the Church~ the Church reserves the right to sell the tract :
~ perscribed being used by it, provided it shall hold net proceeds of said
eale as trustees and apply them on improvements of the physical properties ~
of the Church encumbered hereunder. ~
