° and delivered hereunder or of the proceeds of such bonds, or for the use

e) The Trustee may consult with couns~l, and the opiaion of ~
t'such counse2 shall be full and complete authorization and.protection in ~
respect of any action taken or suffered by him hereunder in good faith ~ '

f) The Trustee may relq upon the certificate of the Church

~ g) Any action taken by the Trustee pursuant to any provision ~

' or of any bond or bonds issued in exchange therefor, whether or not any such ~
' bond or bonds shall have noted thereon the fact that such request or consent f
