Petitioner, MIRIAM ABEL, as Executrix of the above-styled Estate,
respectfully alleges to the Court as follows:
1. Part of the assets of the Estate oonsists of real property legally
described as I.ot 14, Block 299 of Port St. Lucie, Section 7~vo, recorded in Plat
Book 12, at Page 12-A, of Lhe Public Records of St, Lucie County, F1oHda, such
real property fs not homestead property.
2• The Petitioner considers that it is expedient, necessary and to
the best interest of the Estate to sell the above described real property, since
the primary beneficiaYy under the decedent's Wfll is an inter vivos trust entitled
Bernard Abe1 Family Trust and it is desirable not to record this Trust Agreement
and further, it is desirable to sell the above described real property so that the
foregoing Trust will not be burdened with a non-income producinq asset.
3. The sellinq price of the aforementioned real property will be for
the sum of $900.00, which is in excess of the $890.00 reflected on the Estate's
Tax Return (Form 706), and, therefore, is for a full, fair and adequate consideration.

The purchase price will be paid in cash.
4. The remaindermen of the foregoinq Trust are Richard Bruce Abel,
Patricia Susan Abel and Barbara I.ee Abel who are also the Vendees of the afore-
mentioned real property, and the only other beneficiary of said Trust is Miriam ~
