THIS CAUSE having come on before this Court upon the Petition of MIRIAM
ABEL, as bcecutrix of the Estate of Bernard Abel, M. D. , Deceased, and the Court
havinq determined that it is in the best interest of the Estate to sell the real
property legally described as Lot 14, Block 299 of Port St. Lucie, Section 1~n?o,
recorded in Plat Book 12, at Page 12-A, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in order to avoid havinq to record the Bernard Abel Family Trust, and to
substitute income producinq assets for non-income producinq assets, that the
best interest of the Estate will be served by a sale of the foregoinq real property
and that the sale should be for the sum of $900.00, which is a full, fair and
adequate consideration, said purchase price to be paid in cash, it is therefore,
