THIS INDENTURE, executed this s day of
1972, between MIRIAM ABEL, as Executrix of the Estate of Bernard Abel, M. D. ,
Deceased, Party of the First Part, and RICHARD BRUCE ABEL, PATRICIA ABEL
BENAIM, formerly Patricia Susan Abel, and BARBARA LEE ABEL, Parties of the
Second Part, whose address is 740 Cremona Avenue, Coral Gables, Florida.
WITNESSETH:
The Pariy of the First Part, pursuant to the Order of the County
