MODIFICATION AND EXTENSION AGREII~(ENT
THIS AGREIIrIENT entered into this 3~ day of June, A.D.

1972, by and between the ST. LUCIE COUNTY BANK, a Florida
banking corporation, party of the first part, and INDIAN RIVER
FOODS, INC., a corporation existing under the laws of Florida,
party of the second part.
WHEREAS, said party of the second part has requested an
extension of two certain mortgages and notes described as
follows, to wit:
(1) A mortgage from INDIAN RIVER FOODS, INC. to ST.
LUCIE COUNTY BAI~iIC, a Florida banking corporation, recorded
in O.R. Book 199, page 373 of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida; said mortgage bearing date of January 17,
1972, and said note being numbered 2744 by the St. Lucie County
f
Bank, and covering the following described property:

; The South 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 29, 1

~ Begin at the NW corner of Parcel A described above
~ run South 222.51 feet along the West line of Parcel
A to a monument, run thence West on a line parallel
Co the North line of Parcel A, a distance of 300
feet to a monument, run thence North on a line
parallel to the West line of Parcel A to the South-
erly right-of-way line of the Florida East Coast
Railway, run th~ce Northeasterly along the Florida
East Coast Railway right-of-way to a point where the
same intersects a Northerly extension of the West
line of Parcel A, run thence South to the point of
beginning.
