It is expressly understood, covenanted and agreed be-
Cween the parties hereto, that the said mortgages and the terms
thereof shall remain in full force and effect in all respects,
and that nothing herein shall affect or impair any rights or
privileges which the said party of the first part may have there-
under for the recovery of said mortgage debt with interest in

the case of nonfulfill~ent of this agreement.
Party of the second part hereby covenants and agrees
that it will pay the said payments at the time specified, and
that it will perform and observe all covenants and agreements,
stipulations and conditions on the part of the mortgagor in the
said mortgage contained in all respects, as if the said payments
had been made according to the terans thereof. -
