THIS WARR.ANTY DEED Made and executed the 1 st day of May
A. D. l972 by SMITHSONIAN INSTITUTION, a non-profit organization ~
e stabli shed and e~risting under the laws of the United State s of
America , and having its principal place of business at
Washington, D. C. , hereinafter called the grantor, to THE HARBOR
BRANCH FOUNDATION, a Non-Profit Foundation, whose Post Office address
is 501 George Street, New Brunswick, New Jersey, hereinafter called the
grantee:

WITNESSETH: That the grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of

II ledged, by these ~resents does grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release,

f i convey and confirm unto the grantee, all that certain land situate in St. Lucie

~ County, Florida, viz:
The S 1/ 2 of the SE 1/4 of SW 1/4 and the S 1/ 2 of Government
~ Lot 3, in Section 5, Township 34 South, Range 40 East AND the
~ E 1/ 2 of NW 1/ 4 of NE 1/ 4 and all of Government Lot 1 and SW 1/ 4
of NE 1/4 and that part of SE 1/4 of NW 1/4 lying East of Old Di.xie
Highway in Section 8, Township 34 South, Range 40 East, TOGETHER
with all riparian rights thereunto appertaining, but subject to the :
right of way of Florida East Coast Railway. ~
µ Conveyance of this land is subject to all reservations, restrictions
~ and easements thereon, as well as rights of way of record and
taxes subsequent to December 31, 1971.
