KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the Board of County Commis-
sioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, the owner and holder of that
certain Lien in the amount of $531.18 held against EMMA LOU
COLEMAN, 1605 Avenue D, Fort Pierce, Florida, dated February 4, 1970
and recorded in OR Book 182 at Page 2068 af the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, encumbering the following described property
in said County to-wit:
Lot 167 of Sheraton P1aza,Unit 3,Replat,
as recorded in Plat Book 16 at Page 12
for and in consideration of the sum of $1.00 and other good and
valuable considerations to it in hand paid by Emma Lou Coleman, the
owner of said property, and Stockton, Whatley, Davin and Co., the
owner of the following mortgage, has and does hereby make its afore-
said Lien subordinate and inferior to that certain mortgage from
Emma Lou Coleman to Stockton, Whatley, Davin~•and Co., dated July 6, 1972
and recorded in OR- Book ~D 'i~ at Page 7'yS of the Public Records of ;
said County. .
