THIS DEED made the T~ day of , 1972, by
ROGER J. CALDWELL, as Anci ry Executor of t il of James B.
Caldwell, deceased, hereinafter called the Gr tor, to BOYCE T.
BELT, as to an undivided one-half interest, and IRENE J. STEWART,
as to an undivided one-half interest, with mailing address of
323 North Pine, S.W., Jensen Beach, Florida, 33457, hereinafter
called the Grantees:
WITNESSETH: That the Grantor, for and in consideration of
the sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains-, sells, aliens, remises,
releases, conyeys and confirms unto the Grantees, all that certain land
situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz:
Lot 8, Block L(numbered #78 for administrative control
• purposes), of HOLIDAY OUT AT ST. LUCIE, a condominium,

2. Conditions, restrictions, limitations and easements of record.

in said Declaration of Condominium.
TOGETHER WITH all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
AND the said Ancillary Executor does hereby covenant to and
with the Grantees, their heirs and assigns, that in all things
preliminary to and in and about said sale and this conveyance the
order of the Court of the County Judge of St. Lucie County, Florida,
and the laws of the State of Florida have been followed and complied
with in all respects.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Grantor has hereunto set his hand
