AGREEMENT FUR DEED
Made this ~~day of July, 1972, between ALLYN W. DAVIS and ROSE A.
DAVIS, his wife, parties of the First Part, and JAMES O. PETERS and MARY H.
PETERS, his wife, whose post office address is Rt. 4, Box 395, Fort Pierce,

Florida, parties of the Second Part,
WITNESSETI3, That if the said parties of the second part shall first
make the payments and-`perform the covenants hereinafter mentioned on their
part to be made and performed, the said parties of the first part hereby covenant
and agree to convey subject to a life estate hereinafter described and assure to
said parties of the second part, their heirs and assigns, in fee simple including
the reversion in fee upon the termination of the hereinafter described life estate,
clear of all encumberances whatsoever, by a good and sufficient deed, the lots,
piece or parcel of land, situated in the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida,
known and described as follows, to-wit:
Beginning at the northeast corner of the southeast of the southeast
of the southwest of Section 19, Township 35 South, Range 40 East
run south 170 feet to a point; thence turn and run west 30 feet for
a point of beginning; from said point of beginning continue west
180 feet to a point; then turn turn and run south 80 feet to a point;
thence turn and run east 180 feet to a point; thence turn and run
north 80 feet to a point of beginning; said land being also described
' as Lot 3 of an unrecorded survey of part of the southeast quarter
~ of the southeast quarter of the southwest quarter of Section 19,
~ Township 35 South, Range 40 east,

~ and the reversion in fee to the following described life estate being a part of
~ the aforesaid legal:
Beginning at the northeast corner of the southeast quarter of the
southeast quarter of the southwest quarter of Secti4n 19, Township
35 South, Range 40 east; run south 170 feet to a point; then run
west 30 feet to a point; thence continue west 108 feet to a point of
beginning of the tract described hereby; thence run south 80 feet to

~ a point; then run east 72 feet to a point of beginning. Being a part of
~ Lot 3 of an unrecorded plat of a part of the southeast quarter of the
southeast quarter of the southwest quarter of Section 19, Townslup

and the parties of the second part hereby covenant and agree to pay to said

parties of the first part the sum of Twenty Three Thousand ($23, 000. 00) Dollars,

~ in the following manner: A downpayment of Four Thousand Six Hundred ($4, 600. 00)

~ Dollars and One Hundred ($100. 00) Dollars on the 5th day of August, 1972, and a
