1. Whenever GENERAL DEVELOPMENT C~RPORATION, its successors or assigns, shall notify
the undersigned~ir?-~sit~ng at thQ address indicated t>elow (or at such oiher address as may be desig-
nated by the undersigned from time to time) that the said premises are not in a reasonable state of
appearunee cmd repair c~nsistent wiih the general appearance cmd state of repair of other propert:es
wi!t:in ihe immediate vicinity, the undersigned agrees to accomplish the required repairs, maintcnance,
etc., set forth in said notice within 15 days after receipt ot same.
2. II the undersigned shall fail or retuse to accomplish the required re~.~airs or matiiten~ce,
etc., within the prescribed time, GENERAI. DEVELOPMENT CORPORA'fION, its succe.sscrs or assigns,
act~ny by cmd through its duly authorized agents r.~ay c~me upon the prem:ses tor the purpose of doin~;
ihe necessary work. Provided, however, ihat such work snall be limited to lawn and yard maintenance
to prevent ~ ove:grown or unkempt appe~~ce, and to painting and minor repairs to ihe exterior of
th~~ buitding or buildinys, situated on the premises in order to prevent an unsiglitly. or unsate conditioii. .
3. As to any cosis or expenses incurred by GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, its suc-
