MORTGAGT EXTENSION AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT made this 1~ day of June, 1472, between
FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE, herein-
aftex called "Mortgagee" and M K DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, INC., a Florida
corporation, hereinafter referred to as "Mortgagor", and STEPHEN A.
MISIK, JR., FRANCES C. MISIK, HARRY J. KICLITER, JR. and CAROLYN M.
KICLITER, hereinafter referred to as "Endorsers",
WHEREAS, Mortgagee is the owner and holder of mortgage as
recorded in O. R. Book 184, page 2618, encumbering real property
in St. Lucie County, Florida, described as follows:
All of Lots K, L and M of INDIAN RIVER MEMORIAL PARK
SUBDIVISION, as p~r plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 10,
page 36, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, AND
that portion of Lots 8 and 9, Block 1, lying East of North
Second Street, in DITTMAR'S ADDITION TO EDGARTOWN, as
per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book l, page 161, public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
TOGETHER WITH"certain fixtures as more particularly
described in the mortgage deed.
executed by Mortgagor, which mortgage was dated May 29, 1970 and
made to secure an indebtedness to Mortgagee evidenced by a promis-
sory note therein described in the amount of $285,000.00 with interest

! as therein specified, which indebtedness is now in the principal sum

~ of $285,000.00 with interest from June 1, 1972; and
~ WHEREAS, Mortgagor has requested that the maturity of said

~ indebtedness be extended agreeabZe to Mortgagee;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of $10.00 and
other valuable considerations to it in hand paid, Mortgagee agrees
to extend the time for payment of the principal mortgage debt until
at the rate of 8$ per annum
~ December 1, 1972, with interest thereon/to be payable on the
lst day of each and every calendar month hereafter.
AND Mortgagor and Endorsers agree to pay Mortgagee the said

~ sum of $285,000.00 on or before December 1, 1972 and to pay the

~ interest monthly when due as aforesaid.
