convenants and agreement in said mortgage dated May 29, 1970,
recorded in O. R. Book 184, page 2618, and the promissory note
secured thereby shall remain in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the natural parties have hereunto set
their hands and seals and the corporate parties hereto have caused
this Extension Agreement to be executed by its respective corporate
officers thereunto duly authorized and the corporate seals•=to be
