THIS FU~RRANTY DEED, made this day of July, 1972, be- ~
tween ELLA W. GRUBERTIi, individually a~ as Trustee, joined by her
husband, COLOMAN GRUBERTH, of the County of Broward, State of
Florida, hereinafter called the "Grantors," and ANDREW B. PULLIAM
and LOUISE L. PULLIAM, his wife, hereinafter called the "Grantees." 3

That the Grantors; for and in consideration of the sum of j
$10.00 in hand paid by the Grantees, and other valuable considera- ~
tons, the receipt of which is acknowledged, qrant, bargain, and ~
sell to the Grantees and their successors and assigns the follow- ;

City of Fort Pierce, according to the plat thereof `

This deed is an absolute conveyance in satisfaction of that '
certain mortgage dated January 6~ 1972, recorded in Official Record
Book 198, at page 1720, of the public records of St. Lucie County, ~
Florida, given by ELLA W. GRUBERTH, as Trustee, to ANDREW B.
PULLIAM and LOUISE L. PULLIAM, his wife. ;
To have and to hold the above-described pro~erty with ap- ~
purtenances unto the Grantees, their heirs, successors and assigns
forever. i
Grantors especially warrant the title to the above described ~
land and will defend them against the lawful claims of any person ;
whomsoever, claimi.ng by, through or under the Grantors.
