BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
ELLA W. GRUBERTH and COLOMAN GRUBERTH, her husband, who, first
being duly sworn, depose and say: ~

That they are the identical parties who made, executed ~
and delivered that certain deed to ANDREW B. PULLIAM and LOUISE
L. PUL~IAM, his wife, dated the / 7~day of July, 1972, conveying
the following described property:
Lot 8, Block 1, TROPICAL BEACH, a subdivision in
the City of Fort Pierce, according to the plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 9, page 26, of the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

That the deed was an absolute conveyance of the title to ~

the premises to the Grantees named in it in effect as well as in ~
form, and was and is not intended as a-mortgage, trust conveyance
or security of any kind, and that possession of the premises has
been surrendered to the Grantees; that the consideration in the
deed was and is the full cancellation of all debts, obligations
' costs and charges previously existing under and by virtue of

I the terms of a certain mortgage previously existing on the pro-

~ perty described in that mortgage and in this instrument, executed
by ELLA W. GRUBERTH, as Trustee, as Mortgagor, to ANDREW B.
PULLIAM and LOUISE L. PULLIAM, his wife, dated the 6th da~ of ~

January, 1972, and recorded in Official Record Book 198, at page ~

1720, of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and '
~ the cancellation of record of the mortgage by its holders. i
~ That the deed and conveyance were made by these deponents `

~ as the result of their request that the Grantees accept the $

~ deed and was their free and voluntary act; that at the time of #

~ making the deed these deponents felt and still feel that the ;

~ mortgage indebtedness above-mentioned represented a fair value
