preference against any other creditors of the deponents or either
of them; that at the timt~ it was given there was no other person
or persons, firms or corporations, other than the Grantees named
in the deed, interested, either directly or indirectly, in the
premises; that these deponents are solvent and have no other
creditors whose rights would be prejudiced by the conveyance,
that deponents are not obligated upon any bond or other mortgage
whereby any lien has been created or exists against the premises
described in the deed and that deponents in-offering to execute
the deed to the Grantee and in executing the deed were not act-
ing under any duress, undue influence, misapprehension, or misre-
presentation by the Grantees in the deed, or the agent or attorney
or any other representatives of the Grantees in the deed, and that
it was the intention of these deponents as Grantors in the deed to
convey and by the deed these deponents do convey to the Grantee all
their right, title and interest absolutely in and to the premises
described in the dee3.
This Affidavit is made for the protection and benefit of
the Grantees in the deed, their successors and assigns, and all
i other parties hereafter dealing with or who may acquire any in-
i
t terest in the property described in the deed, and shall bind the
respective heirs, executors, administrators an~ assigns of the
~ undersigned.
