duly authorized in the State aforesaid and in the County afore-
said to take acknowledgam~ents, personally appeared CHARLES E.
BECHT, who first being duly sworn, deposes and says:
That as a practicing attorney in Fort Pierce, St. Lucie
County, Florida, he did meet EUGENE BARTHEL and ANN BARTHEL,
his wif e, also known as Ann L. Barthel, and that said individuals
acquired title to the property described as:
"Lots 22 and 23, Block 2 of RIVER PARK SUBDIVISION, -
Section 1, a subdivision recorded in Plat Book 10, i
page 69 of public recQrds of St. Lucie County,
Florida"
and that said individuals held title to the aforesaid property ~
as tenants by the entireties and were continuously married each

to the other from before January 18, 1960, up to the time of the
demise of Eugene Barthel, who was also known as Dugene X. Barthel,
who died on August 27, 1964.
