WITNESSETFi, That the said party of the first part, for and in considera- ~
tion of the sum of TEN and no/100 ($10.00) Dollars and other valuable
considerations, to her in hand paid by the party of the secoY,d part,
the ~eceipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, and
sold to the party of the second part his heirs and assigns, forever,
the following described land, situate, lying and being in the County

the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book-44, at Page 46, of the Public
Records oF Dade County, Florida.
Condominiwn Parcel: Block #D, Lot 23 of HOLIDAY OUT AT-ST. LUCIE, a
condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof,
recorded in Official Records Book 168, at Page 1348, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. As provided for by the Condominium
act of the Statutes of the State of Flozida (Chapter 711, Et Seq. 1965)
said description in this conveyance includes, but is not limited to,
all appurtenances to the condominium parcel above described including ~
the limited common elements assigned thereto, and including the undivided
interest in the common elements of said condominium. Subject to
Declaration of Condominium and exhibits attached hereto and the articles
of incorporation of the association named in said Declaration of
Condominium. ~
Spaces 1 and 2, of Lot #459, in ACACIA GARDEN~ of Dade Memorial Park,
a ceinetery located in Dade County, Florida, according to a map thereof ~
on file in the administrative office of the cemetery.
Subject to restrictions, reservations and conditions of record.

This deed is made~ executed, and delivered in conformity with agreement
between parties made April 28, 1972, and final judgment of dissolution
of marriage dated June 1, 197 2 in the Circuit Court of the Eleventh
Judicial Circuit of Florida, in and for Dade County, Case No. 72-9268. '
