WITNESSETN, That the said first party, for and in consideration of the sum of S10.00 ;
in hand paid by the said second party, the receipt whereof is hereby ackno?,rledged, does ;

condominium, Gccording to the Declaration of Conc~omi~ium there~r
recor~ed in Official Records Book 168 at page 1348 of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida. As provided for by the
Condominium Act of the Statutes of the State of Florida (Chapter 711,
' et seq, 79b5) said description in this conveyance includes but is not 1
limited to, all appurtenances to the condominium parcel above described,
including the limited common elements assigned thereto and including
the undivided interest in the common elements of said condominium.
Grantor is, and was the wife of Raymond R. Loveday, Jr.,
a/k/a Raymond R. Loveday on May 12, 1972 who was the
Grantor in that certain instrument filed in OR Sook 202
at page 2282 of the public records of St. Lucie Coun~y, -
• ~ Florida.
TO HAYE ~.ND TO HOLD the same together with all and s~ngular the appurtenances
thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, and all the estate, right, title,
