THIS INDENTURE, ;VIadE this 3rd cay of July 19 72
bettiveen Stoekton, Whatley, Davin & Co. , a Florida corporation,
having its principal place of business at Jadcsonville in the County of
~ Duval , and State of Florida, hereafter called tne "Grantor, " and the
Secretary of Housing and Urban Develooment, of Washington, D. C., his
successors and assigns, hereaftercalled the "Grantee, "
WITNESSETH:
That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars
($10. 00) in hand paid by the Grantee, and other valuable consideration, the
receipt whereof is acknowledged, grants, bargains and sells to the Grantee
and his successors in office, as such, forever, the following-described land
in the County of St. L~cie , State oi Florida:
Lot 62 of SHERATO\ PLAZA, U\IT TWO, REPLAT, according
to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 16, at page 2 of the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida. -
To :~ave and to hold the above-described property, with appurtenances,
unto the Grantee and his successors in oifice, as such, forever:
Grantor specially warrants the title to the Iands and will defend them
against the lawful claims of any person whomsoever, claiming by, througn ot
under the Grantor.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has cause3 these presents to be
signed in its name by its proper officers, and its corporate seal to be af:ixed,
