ADMINISTRATOR'S DEED
THIS INDENTURE, executed this day of July, 1972
between Ann A. Davis, as Ancillary Administratrix, C.T.A. of the
Estate of Mary E. St George, also known as May E. St George,
deceased, first party; and Edward C. Rueter and Harriet M. Rueter,
his wife, whose mailing address is 13235 Windward Trail, Palos
Park, Illinois 60464, second party;
WHEREAS, Mary E. St George, also known as May E. St George,
died seized and possessed of the following described property,
].ying, being and situate in St. Lucie County,_Florida:
Lot 12, Block 6, of SOUTH PORT ST. LUCIE, UNIT 1, according
~ to plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 12, pages 1 and 2 of
the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida;
Subject to restrictions, reservations, easements and
rights of way of record;
WI-~REAS, Ann A. Davis, of Fort Pierce, Florida, has been
appointed the duly qualified ancillary admini.stratrix, c.t.a. of
the estate of Mary E. St George, also known as May E. St. George,
deceased; and
WHEREAS, Ann A. Davis did petition the County Judge's
Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, that court having jurisdiction
of the ancillary estate of Mary E. St Georqe, also known as May E.
St George, for authority to sell the above descrilied property
to the second party and for an order authorizing such saZe; and
WHEREAS, the County Judge did, on the 9th day of
June, 1972 enter an order authorizing the sale of the property
to the second party;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and the
sum of Ten DoZlars ($10.00) and other good and valuable considera-
tions, the receipt of which is acknowledged by the f irst party,
the~first party, as ancillary administratrix of the estate of
Mary E. St George, also known as May E. St George, deceased,
does grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the second party, their
heirs, personal representatives and assigns, forever, the lands
described and all their appurtenances. ~

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD unto the second party, their heirs, ~`2~3a
presonal representatives and assigns, every right, title and
interest of which Ann A. Davis as ancillary administratrix, c.t.a.
is now seized and possessed and of which Mary E. St George, a?so
~ known as May E. St George, died seized and possessed, as fully
and completely as Ann A. Davis, as ancillary administratrix,
c.t.a. as aforesaid, could or should convey the property under
; and pursuant to the orders of the above mentioned Court and applicable
~ law.
