-(k) in general, and without being limited by the foregoing,
any type of contract, aqreement or undertaking.
The name Guardian Mortgage xnvestors is the designation of
the Trustees for the time being under a Declaration of Trust dated
March 29, 1966, as amended. Every document hereafter executed by any
of the aforesaid Trustees, to wit: Gordon A. Taylor, Churchill G.
Carey, Eugene L. Amber, J. C. 2'yler, Jr., John D. Uible or John H.
Rogers, pursuant hereto, is executed in the name of and on behalf
of the Trustees of Guardian Mortgage Investors and not individually,
and the obligations in any document executed by any of the aforesaid
Trustees, to wit: Gordon A. Taylor, Churchill G. Carey, Eugene L. ~
Amber, J. C. Tyler, Jr., John D.-Uible or John H. Roqers, on
behalf of said Trustees and pursuant tiereto shall be understood
and expressly stated to be not binding upon any of the Trustees,
shareholders, officers, agents of the Trust, personally, but bind-
inq only upon the trust estate of Guardian Mortgage Investors. All
persons dealing with Guardian Mortgage Investors must look solely
to the Trust property for the enforcement of any claims against
Guardian Mortgage Investors.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the aforesaid Trustees have executed
this instrument as of this 25th day of April, 1972.
