RELEASE AND ASSIGNMENT
:~~a~.1~1, As surviving Director and Statutory Trustee of
STUART DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a dissolved Florida corporation,
the undersigned, for and on behalf of the Board of Directors of
said dissolved corporation, pursuant to the provisions of
Paragraph (3)(a) of the Declaration of Restrictions, Easements,
and Covenants, "Beau R3_vage" Subdivision, St. Lucie County,
Florida, dated 20 November 1958, fil.ed 24 November 1958 and
recorded in Deed Book 242, Pages 632 to 640, inclusive, hereby
approves the existing Architectural Control Committee; hereby
, relinquishes all rights reserved by the Subdivider, Stuart
Development Corporation, to selection of said Architectural
Control ComQnittee, and assigns such rights to the Beau Rivage
Property Owners Association to elect further members to the
Architectural Control Comaaittee in compliance with said Paragraph
(3)(a)-of said Restrictions.
