THIS INDENTURE, executed 3uly , 1972, by and between
REYNOLD SCOTT, as Executor of the Estate of Lillian Healy,
deceased, party of the first part, and MELVIN T. FOLBRECHT, JR.
and LUCY A. FOLBRECHT, his wife, party of the second part, whose
address is 708 South 22nd Street, Ft. Pierce, Florida,
WITNESSETH:

The party of the first part pursuant to the Order of
the County Judqe's Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, dated
May 5, 1972, and in consideration of the premises and the sum
of $12,Q00.00, and other good and valuable considerations in
1 hand paid, grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, releases,
conveys and confirms to the party of the second part, their heirs
p and assigns forever, the real property in St. Lucie County,

Lot 24, Block 4, FRANRLIN PARK SUBDNISION, according
to the plat filed in Plat Book 6, page 32 of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, hereditanaents and
appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining to that real
property.
TO~HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to.the party of the second part,
their heirs and assigns, in fee simple forever.
AND the party of the first part does covenant to and with
the party of the second part, their heirs and assigns, that
in all things preliminary to and in and about the sale and this
conveyance the orders of the above-named Court and the laws of
Florida have been followed and complied with in all respects.
