as lessor and Keller Building Products of Fort Pierce, Inc., formerly
Air Control Products of Fort Pierce, Inc., as ~essee, dated August 5,
1971, and amended May 25, I972, and June 25, 1972, and recorded in
Official Records Book 198, beginning at page 109, of the public re-
cords of St. Lucie County, Florida.
18. The terms and provisions hereof shaZl be binding upon
and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their legal repre-
sentatives, successors and assigns. Notwithstanding the fact that
the note was executed and de2ivered in the State of Texas, it is
agreed that the said note and the mortgage shall be deemed a Florida
contract and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the
State of Florida.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Mortgagor and Mortgagee have
caused this instrument to be executed by their duly authorized
officers and their respective corporate seals to be hereunto affixed
(all in several counterparts, each of which shall be considered an
original) as of the day and year first above written.
