ASSIGNMENT OF I~RTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY TNESE PRESENTS:
That the FORT WORTH NATIONAL BANK, a national banking
association organized and existing under the laws of the United
States of America, party of the"'first part, the owner and holder
of that certain mortgage executed by W. S. DU BOSE, INC., a
Texas corporation, to the FORT WORTN NATIONAL BANK, a n$tional
banking association organized and ex3.sting under the laws of the
United States of America, bearing date the 14th day of September,
A. D. 1971, recorded in Official Records Book 195, beginning at -
page 2051, as modified by that certain M~rtgage and Note Modifi-
cation Agreement dated the 31st daq of March, 1972, and filed
April 12, 1972, in Official Records Book 201, beginning at page
917, and further modified by that certain Second Modification of
Promissory Note and Mortgage dated the 13h day of July, 1972,
and recorded under Clerk's File No. ~ 3~ 593 , all of the public
records of Saint Lucie County, Florida, upon the land situate
in Saint Lucie Caunty, Florida, described on Exhibit "A" at-
tached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof, in con-
sideration of the sum of Ten and No/100 Dollars ($10.00), to it
in hand paid by NATIONWIDE LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY, 246 North
High Street, Columbus, Ohio 43216, party of the second part, the
- receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has sold, assigned, trans-
ferred and set over, and by these presents does sell, assign,
transfer and set over unto the said party of the second part,
the said mortgage, as modified, together with the note or obli-
gation described therein and the moneys due and to become due
thereon, with interest from the 19th day of July, A.D. 1972.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the.said party of the
I second part, NATIONWIDE LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY, and assigns
~ forever.

~ IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said party of the first part
has caused these presents to be signed in its name by its
President and its corporate seal affixed, attested by its
Secretary, this day of July, 1972.
