TERMINATION AND RELEASE OF
ASSIGNMENT OF LESSUR'S INTEREST IN LEASES
THIS TERMINATION AND RELEASE, made this 13th. day
of July, 1972, by the FORT WORTH~NATIONAL BANK, a
national
banking association domiciled in Fort-Worth, Texas (herein
called "Bank") in favor of W. S. DU BOSE, INC., a Texas cor-
poration (herein called "DuBose"); ~
W I T N E S S E T H:
FOR VALUE RECEIVED, Bank hereby termfnates and re='~
leases all of the right, title and interest Bank may have in
and to an Assignment of Lessor's Interest in Leases dated
September 14, 1971, made by and between W. S. DuBose, Inc.,
a Texas corporation, as Assignor, and the Fort Worth National
Bank, a national banking association domiciled in Fort Worth,
Texas, as Assignee, and recorded DecemUer 22, 197I, in Offi-
cial Records Book 198, beginning at page 527, of the public
records of St. Lucie Countq, Florida, in connection with and ~
relating to the premises situate in the County of St. Lucie, -
State of Florida, described on Extiib~t '~A" attached hereto
and by this reference made a part hereof.
Bank hereby covenants that it has good right and
lawful authoritq to terminate and release said Assignment in
the manner aforesaid. This termination and release applies
to, inures to the benefit of, and binds all parties hereto,
their successors and assigns.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, these presents have been signed
and sealed this ~ day o€ July, 1972.
