"~uara:~tor", hereby absolutely and unconditionally guarantees to Lessor,
its sLCCessors anci assigns, the prompt and punctual payment of a12. rents

tions in said Lease contained, to be kept, observed and performed by

any exter.sion or renewal thereof, and hereby agree that no extensions

su.~s, or for the performance of any of the obligations of the Lessee,
or zorbearance or delay on t~e part of the Lessor to enforce any of the
provisio:~s, covenants, agreements, conditions and stipulations of said
Lease, or waiver by Lessor of any of said provisions, covenants, aqree-
ments, conditions and stipulations, shall operate to release or discharge
the Guara:.tor from its full lisbility under this instrument of guaranty
or pre~Udice the rignts oE Lessor hereunder. Guarantor hereby expressly
, waives notice of acceptance of this Guaranty, notice ot any default of
tne Lessee, notice of any other action taken or om~tted to be taken by

i tne Lessor with reference to said Lease, and any and all other notices
~ w:.a~soever given or received by Lessor under said Lease, and agree that

no ass~5r.:.en~ by Lessee of said Lease, or any other transfer of Lessee's
