a waiver of any other riqht or remedy to which Lessor shall be entitled
at iaw or in equity with respect to said Lease or this Guarsnty.
Guarantor further expressly agrees that nothing shall operate as
a rziease o: this guaranty, or of the obliqation of the Guarantor herein,
except the payment in full of aIl rents and other~sums payable by the
iessee unner said Lease, and any extension or renewal thereof, and the
fu~l anc cor;~plete performance by Lessee of all of the provisions, cove-
nan~s, agreements, conditions and stipulations on the part of the
Lessee t'r.ereunder to be performed, and that this Guaranty shall be a
continuing g~:aras~ty and sha13 remain in full force and effect during
the fu~l te.r.n of said Lease and any extension or renewal thereof.
