ALICE REESB, who being first duly~sworn, deposes and says: ~
1. That she is the owner of the following described premises,
to wit:
Lot 224, Sheraton Plaza, Unit Three, Replat, according to '
the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 16, page 12 of ~
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. That her attention has been called to a certain Notice of
Lien, dated January 17, 1968, filed January 18, 1968, in
the Public Records of St. Lucie County; F_lorfda, in Official
Records Book 170, page 162 by Ralph B. Wilson, County Attorney
on behalf or the Board of County Cammissioners of St. Lucie
County, Florida, against Mary Reese of 2514 Avenue '~F", Fort
Pierce, Florida, for auoney directly spent by St. Lucie County
for the care, hospitalization, sustenance or maintenance of
SAMUEL HENRY REESE, minor son of said Mary Reese at Fort Pierce
MemoriaZ Hospital in the amount of $259.60 for the period
September 2, 1967 to September 10, 1967.
3. That your affiant Mary Alice Reese has never resided at 2514
- Avenue "F", Fort Pierce, Florida; that she does not have a son
named Samuel Henry Reese, but that affiants son is named
Samuel Lee Reese; that her son Was not a patient at Fort Pierce
Memorial I~ospital during the period-stated in the above
described Notice of Lien; and that your affiant, Mary Alice
; Reese is not the same person as the Mary Reese against Whan said
Notice of I~ien was filed and affiants son Samuel Lee Reese is
not the same person as the Samuel Nenry Reese for vhoses care,
~ hospitalization, sustenance or maintenance said lien is claimed.
