THIS WARRANTY DEED, made the ~ day of July, A.
D. I972 by GEORGE W. LaCOUR and RUTH M. LaCOUR, his wife, herein-
after caZled the Grantor, to GEORGE JAMES WARREN and VIRGINIA
SIMMONS WARREN, his wife, whose post office address is: 425
Gasparilla Avenue, Port St. Lucie, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450 .
hereinafter called the Grantee:
