AGREEMENT FOR DEED ~ ' i~~u~7~ ~

ARTICLES OF AGREEMENT, made this 15th day of June A.D. 1972 between
Franklin A. Harris and Valerie V. Harris, his wife,
parties of the first part and Morris L. Chandler and Amelia W. Chandler,
his wife, parties of the second part, 3120B Mura Drive, Fort Piercc',
Florida.
WITNESSETH, that if the said parties of the second part shall first
make the payments arid perform the covenants hereinafter mentioned on
their part to be made and performed, the said parties of the first part,
hereby covenant and agree to convey and assure to the said parties of
the second part, their heirs, executors, administrators or assigns, in
fee simple, clear of all encumbrances whatever by a good and sufficient
deed the~following described property, to-wi~:
All of Lot 16 and all of Lot 17, less the northerly 45 feet of

Lot 17, all in Block 12, Silver Lake Park Addition as recorded
in plat book 10, at page 8, of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
and said parties of the second part hereby covenants and agree to pay
to the parties of th~ first part, their heirs and assigns at their
office in Fort Pierce, the sum of $28,000.00 in the following manner,
to-wit:
(1) $550.00 on the signing of this instrument, receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged.
(2) $245.00 per month interest and principal payment starting on trie -
lst day of July, A.D. 1372 and on the lst day of each and every '
subsequent month hereafter until the original installment balance ~
of $27,~50.00 is paid in full. The aforesaid interest to be cal-
culated on the unpaid balance due at the rate of 8.80~ per annum.
Each insta~lment shall be first applied in payment of the interest `
and then on the unpaid balance of the principal sum. A late penalty }
