by Indenture of Mortgage beari~g d~te the 13th day of July A.D. 19 62 , and recorded
in the office ofrthe Clerk of t~e Circuit Court in and for the County of St. Lucie
State of Florida, in O. R.Book 41 Page 220 , granted and conveyed unto FIRST FEOERAL
SAVINGS ANO IOAN ASSOCIATIQN OF FORT PIERCE and assigns, the premises therein particularly described,
to secure the payment of the sum of One Hundred Thousand And No/100

ises hereinafter desaibed, being part of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said Mo~t-

PIERCE, as well in consideration of the premises as the sum of one dollar and othe~ good and valuable mn-

claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said mortgage unto the said

their heirs and assigns, all that piece, partel or tract of tand, bei~g a part of the premises conveyed by said
mortgage, to-wit:

43 min East along the easterly right-of-way line of Rlorida East Co~t
Railway Co., 303 feet to the point of beginning of the lands herein described
said point being at the intersection of the easterly right-of-way line of
Florida East Coast Railway Co. and the Westerly extension of an existing
fence line extending easterly therefrom:

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with appu~tenances, unto the said
W. A. Palmer and Louise Palaear, his wife
and assigns forever, freed, exonerated and discharged of and from the lien of said mortgage, and every part
the~eof; Provided, always, nevertheless, that nothing therein contained shall in anywise impair, after or
diminish the effect, lien or incumbrance of the aforesaid Mortgage on the remaining part of said mortgaged
premises, not hereby released therefrom, or any of the rights and remedies of the holder thereof.
