Together with all buildings, improvement3, fixtures or appurtenances now or hereafter erected there-
on or placed therein, including atl apparatus, equipment, fixtures or ~articles, whether in single units or cen-
tralty controlled, used to supply heat, gas, air condiiioning, water, )ight, power, refrigeration, ventiliation or
other services, and any other ihing now or hsreafter therein or thereon, the furnishing of which by lessors

declared to be a part of said real estate whetiier physically attached thereto or not); and also together with
