Together With all and singular the ways, easements, riparian and other rights, tenements, heredit-
aments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining~ and the rents, issaes and profits
thereof. and also all the estate, right, title, interest and ail claim and deraand whatscever, as wel! in law as
in equity~ of the said Mortgagor in and to the same, and every part and parcel thereof, with the appur-
tenances, and also all buildings, structures and other improveraents and all fiatures now on said land or
that may hereafter be erected or placed thereon, including, but not limited to, all heating~ lighting, plumbing,
ventilating, refrigerating, air conditioning, sprinkling, water and power systems~ appliances and fixtures;
