WARRANTY DEED ~~~'g
THIS WARRANTY DEED made and executed the ~~ay of
May, A. D. 1972, by SE[AMROCK'S TROPICAL ACRES, INC., a corporation
existing under the laws of.Florida, and having its principal place
of business at Fort Pierce, Florida, hereinafter called the Grantor,
to NEW ENGLAND OYSTER HOUSE OF FORT PIERCE, INC., a Florida corpora-
