WITNESSETH:
That the parties of the First Part, for and in con-
sideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good
and valuable consideration, to them in haad paid by the party
of the Second Part, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
have granted, bargained, sold, conveyed, and do hereby-grant
~ bargain, sell and convey unto the said party of the Second
Part the following described premises, to wit, situated in
the County of St. Lucie and State of Florida, as follows:
Condominium Parcel: Lot No. 31, of VENTURE OUT AT
ST. LUCIE, INC., a Condominium, according to the Declaration
of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 189
at page 1677, et seq., of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.~~ provided for by the Condominium Act of
the Statutes of the State of Florida (Chapter 711, et seq.,

assigned hereto, and including the undivided interest ip the

This Conveyance is subject to the following:
1. Taxes and assessments for the year 1971 and

2. Conditions, restrictions, limitations and
easements of record.
3. The Declaration o f Condominium and exhibits
attac hed thereto and the Articles of In-
corporation of the Association named in
said Declaration of Condominium.
' The benefits and obligations hereunder shall insure
to and be binding upon the heirs, executors, administrators,
successors of the grantee and the grantor does warrant the title
to all the premises hereby co~veyed and will defend the same
against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
This being the same property conveyed to Ratherine
F. Williams by deed of Venture Out in America at St. Iucie,
Inc., dated July 28, 1971 and of record in the Register's
Office, St. Lucie County, Florida, Book of Deeds 194, pages
852 and 853.
