or releases may be made by -SMA vithout the conseat or agpraval of any other-
person or persons whomsoever.
28. In the event this ibrtgage is a canstruction mortgage, each of the terss,
covenants and cotditions of the construction loan agreaaent executed in connection
with the execution of this Mortgage are incorporated herein as if said construction ~
loan agreeaent were repeated herein in extenao.
29. Hortgagor covenants and agrees that he will deliver to the Iiortgagee every f ive ~
years hereafter an inspection certificate that the captioned premiaes is free
from termites. _
30. In the event this is a nortgage on an apartment in a condominium together with
appurtenances thereto, the failure of the mortgagor to pay anq assessments
required to be paid pursuant to the Declaration of Condominium or to othervise
comply vith any of the terios, covenants or comditions of said Declaration of ;
Co~tdominium ahall constitute a default under this mortgage and the mortgagee may, i
at its option, i~ediately or thereafter declare the indebtedness s~cured hereby
due and payable.
