m$nner affecting the liability of the Nertgagor, all endorsers, if any, and all
other persons who are or shall be liable for the payaent of said indebtedness,
and without affecting, disturbing or impairing in aa}r manner whatsoever the
va2idity and priority of the lien of thie Mortgage for the full amount of the
indebtedness r~aining unpaid, together with all interest and advances whi~h
shall become payable, upen the entire r~osinder of the mortgaged property which
is unreleased, and without in any manner affecting ar ispairing to any extent
whatsoever any and all other collateral security vhich maq be held by SiKA.
It is distinctly understood and agreed by the ~rtgagor and SMA that anq release
or relesses say be made by ~SMA vithout the coasent or approval of any other
person or persons ~nc~msoever.
28. In the event this Mortgage is a construction sortgage, each of the terms,
covenants and conclitions of the construction loan agteeaent executed in connection
with the execution of this I~la~rtgage are incorporated herein as if said construction
loan agrement were repeated herein in entenso.
29. Mortgagor covenants and agrees that he vill deliver to the Mortgagee every five
years hereafter an inspection certificate that the captioned premises is free
from termites.
3Q. In the.eveat thia is a mortgage on an apartment in a condominium together with
appurtenances thereto, the failure of the mortgsgor to pay any assessments
required to be paid pursuant to the Declaration of Condominium or to otherwise
comply vith any of the terms, covenanta or conditiona of said Declaration of
"Condaninium ahall constitute a default under this sortgage and the mortgagee may,
at its option, inmediately or thereafter declare the ltdebtedness s~cured hereby
due and payable.
