Hortgagor fuliy warrants the tit?e to said land and aill defend the sane against the la~,rful claims of all
persons Nhomsoever, and agrees: ,
1. To make all pay?r,ents required by that note and this reortgage promptly ?rhen due.
2. To pay all taxes, assessments, liens and encumbrances on that property prort:ptly ahen due.
If they are not promptly paid the Mortgagee ~ay pay thern xithout t:aiving the option to foreclose, and such
payments, Hith interest thereon fran the date of payoent at the same rate as specified in that note, shall -
atso be secured by this r~ortgage.
3. to cocaait, permit, or suffer no waste. impairment or deterioration of the mortgaged property.
