Mortgagor fully Narrants the title to said land and Hill defend the same against the lawful claims of all
persons Hhomscever, and agrees: .
1. To make all pay~oents required by that note and this aartgage pra^~ptly rrhen due.
2. To pay all taxes, assessments, liens and encu;~brances on that property prarsptly Khen due.
If they are not promptly paid the N~ortgagee may pay them xithout Haiving the option to foreclose, and such
pays~nts, trith interest thereon fran the date of payrent at the same rate as specified in that note, shall
also be secured by this ~ortgage.
