Beginning at a point on the West shore line of the Indian River
which point is 818.84 feet due South of the North line of
Govei•nment Lot 2, in Section 19, Township 36 South, Range 41
East, for the point of beginning; Thence 1Vest 50 feet more or
less, to a concrete post on the ~Yest line of Indian River Drive
as no~r located; thence continuing 1Yest 224.73 feet to a con-
crete post; thence North 60 feet to a concrete post; thence
East 200 feet to a concrete post; thence continuing East 45
feet, more or less, to said shore line of Indian River; thence
Southeasterly along said shore line to the point of begi.nning.
Together with riparian rights thereto appertaining. -
LESS A~'D EXCEPT from the above 60 foot strip the following:
A triangular strip of land lying North of and adjoining

Indian River; thence Southeasterly along the edge of
Indian River to the intersection with the North line of

and adjoining the Parcel I, above. The NjY corner of above 8.8
ft. strip of land is designated by a concrete monwnent; the
point of intersection of the North line of above 8.8 ft. strip
and the ~9est line of the 30 ft, right of way of Indian River
Drive is designated by a concrete monument; said 8.8 ft. strip
has a frontage on the ~Yest right of way line of Indian River
Drive of 11.55 feet; the distance of that part of the North
line of said 8.8 ft. strip ~reasured fron the Northwest co.rner
