Beginning at a point on the 1Vest shore line of the Indian River
which point is 818.84 feet due South of the North line of '
Government Lot 2, in Section 19, Township 36 South, Range 41
East, for the paint of beginning; Thence ~Yest 50 feet more or
less, to a concrete post on the 1Yest line of Indian River Drive
as now located; thence continuing ~lest 224.?3 feet to a con-
crete post; thence North 60 feet to a concrete post; thence
East 200 feet to a concrete post; thence continuing East 45
feet, more or less, to said shore line of Indian River; thence
Southeasterly along said shore line to the point of beginning.
Together with riparian rights thereto appertaining.
