Beginning at a poiat on the West shore line of the Indian River
which point is 818.84 feet due South of the North line of
Government Lot 2, in Section 19, Township 36 South, Range 41
East, for the point of beginning; Thetice West 50 feet more or ?
less, to a concrete post on the ~lest line of Indian River Drive
as now located; thence continuing West 224.73 feet to a con-
crete post; thence North 60 feet to a concrete post; thence ~
East 2Q0 feet to a concrete post; thence continuing East 45
feet, more or less, to said shore line of Indian River; thence
Southeasterly along said shore line to the point of beginning. _
Together with riparian rights thereto appertaining.

Indian River; thence Southeasterly along the edge of
