The S 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 LESS the East 40
feet for road right-of-way, and the SS 1/4 of the NW
1/4 of the NE 1/4 LFSS THE West 60 feet, and the ~esterly
5 acres, all in Section 9, T. 35 S., R. 39 E., situate,
lying and being in St. Lucie_County, Florida, being 29.91
acres in size as shown by survey thereof; including all
mineral rights appertaining to said land.
The mortgagee, by accepting this mortgage, agrees that
releases of 5-acre tracts may be made on payment by the mortgagors
of $7,500.00 for each 5 acres so released. All 5-acre parcels so
released shall be contiguous, west to east. Principal payments
made pursuant to the promissory note which this mortgage secures
